Jennifer Kaufman has spent over twenty years where many of us have never been – inside the daily reality of neurodivergence and autism support.

As a school principal, published author, consultant, and grandmother of a child with autism, she has built the expertise corporations need right now.

With neurodivergent individuals making up an estimated 15–20% of the workforce, organizations can no longer afford to misunderstand, mismanage, or overlook this talent pool.

Jennifer’s keynotes and consulting engagements give leadership teams the tools, language, and strategies to turn neurodiversity from a challenge into a competitive advantage.

Holding graduate degrees in Educational Leadership and Educational Technology, along with certifications as both a New Jersey Principal and Superintendent, Jennifer has spent decades helping organizations, educators, and professionals better understand communication, behavior, neurodiversity and relationship dynamics through both practical strategy and human-centered insight.

As the Founder of First Response Autism Solutions, Jennifer also provides autism-informed training for law enforcement agencies, first responders, campus security teams, and public-facing professionals, helping organizations improve communication, de-escalation, and community interaction outcomes.

Jennifer’s work has been featured across media platforms, podcasts, public speaking engagements, and educational initiatives focused on autism, neurodiversity, communication, and relationship dynamics.

She is also the Author of Grandparenting on the Spectrum: A Journey from Both Sides of the Desk. Known for her warm yet practical presentation style, Jennifer helps organizations move beyond awareness into actionable understanding — creating healthier communication, stronger workplace relationships, and more inclusive environments where people can thrive.

In addition to all of this, Jennifer is a Model, Actor and TV Spokesperson whose warm natural demeanor makes her feel like your favorite Aunt who dropped by to share some wisdom. Jennifer’s work includes campaigns for the NHL, IBM and more.
